We will continue to update covercraft.io with new features and upgrades in the future. By default, all future upgrades are provided to you for free, however, we reserve the rights to sell future upgrades at an additional purchase if we think it is reasonable.
Covercraft.io's features can change in the future, including adding and removing features, restricting the list of features available in the free/paid plan, open source some parts or all of the app source code. In such cases, you will not receive a refund of your purchase (unless your purchase is still within the 30-day refund period).
Covercraft.io's service availability is not guaranteed. We will try our best to keep the service up and running, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the service. In the event of natural disasters, change of owners, dependency service outages, and other reasons that make us unable to keep the service running, you will not be refunded (unless your purchase is still within the 30-day refund period).

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using CoverCraft.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use CoverCraft.io.
Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to the CoverCraft.io logo, design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement are either the proprietary property of CoverCraft.io or its affiliates or licensors. All rights reserved.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and use of the CoverCraft.io service at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, all data associated with your account, including content and history, may be deleted immediately.
Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy (www.covercraft.io/privacy), which outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data. By using CoverCraft.io, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and account and for all activities that occur under your login or account. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords with your account.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time and in any manner. The most recent version of the Terms of Service will supersede all previous versions and we will notify users of any such changes by posting an updated version on our website.
Dispute Resolution / Governing Law: All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court under Zurich, Swiss law.
Premium features: You will be able to use all the premium features during an active subscription. The details of the premium features are available on the pricing page.
Refund Policy: We allow refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Product usage: By using covercraft.io, you agree to receive important product updates from covercraft.io via the email linked with your payment account or the email you used to register your account. You can opt-out of this product updates anytime by clicking to the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. We only send important product updates.
Disclaimer: It is not warranted that covercraft.io will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability: Covercraft.io does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. Covercraft.io shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by covercraft.io's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by covercraft.io. Covercraft.io shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that covercraft.io are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that covercraft.io's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release covercraft.io from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.
